The 13th Circuit Court of Missouri saw fit to issue me a summons for jury duty. I wonder if they have ever had anyone decline to swear to deciding on a case based only on the facts presented to them because that person believes in the right of Jury Nullification. I guess we will find out if I am called to be on this jury…
