allowed military chaplain to officiate same-sex marriages where legal, addresed the Human Rights Campaign dinner for the second time, and called for the equal treatment of same-sex couples looking to adopt, among MANY other things. He did all of the above BEFORE, let me repeat, BEFORE Joe Biden and himself announced their support for the LGBTQ community. Are we clear now?
