Here’s the trailer for the upcoming film Lincoln. Just as I thought, they portrayed Lincoln as someone who cared if slavery was abolished and respected the Constitution. I will still see this movie because Daniel Day-Lewis and Tommy Lee Jones are some of my favorite actors. People with half a brain know that Lincoln in fact couldn’t care less if slavery were abolished or not and jailed reporters who were critical of him and the War of Northern Aggression.
