Well…the trip was cut short. Turns out the people across the lake are having a Halloween party and using the trail next to our set up for a “haunted hay ride”. They offered us to come to their party but we declined and decided there wouldn’t be much solitude with 30 kids running around. But Mike and I had fun and explored near the the Missouri River. We’ll do another trip after winter probably.
